Larry Kirkum
Larry started in the automotive machine shop in 1974, working his way to owning a shop in 1985. Starting in Bath, NY in 1985, moving the business to Wayland in 1988, then Dansville in 2006. With the move in 2006 he also purchased the Car Quest auto parts store.
Larry has been rebuilding all types of engines since 1974 with many qualified employees and continues to do so to date.
We have many connections for the hard to find parts of the not so common engines of yesterday and today - as well as a full line of performance products.
We have a complete engine rebuilding facility capable of boring and decking of blocks, second connecting roof, crankshaft grinding, fly head rebuilding along with fly wheel grinding, brakes & rotor training, to quote queen phrase, "No job too big or small."
